 
Dark Crystal Opal Parcel from Mintabie, Australia.
Here we have a lovely trio of petite opals from Mintabie. These dark crystals are translucent to opaque and have a blue hue with an alluring effect of green that dances on the surface, especially when the light hits it. This is particularly noticeable with the larger stone, which is 9 x 6.5mm. The smaller stones both measure 8.5 x 5.5mm. Minor inclusions are visible, but these do not detract from the beauty of the stones.
