Firstly let me say that the photographs of this opal do not give much credibility to what it has to offer. What you can't capture is the exquisite large patterns that adorn this little beauty in incredibly vibrant shades of blue and green. From certain angles you can see gold, orange and purple.
The shape adds to its beauty, and the medium cabochon cut aids in the projection of colors. Both sides of this opal gemstone have been polished and look equally attractive; one side is larger patterns in blue and green and is flat across the top. While the other side is more regular in it's patterning and has more color dancing from within.
This opal is fault free and has no inclusions.
