As seen in the photos of this parcel of opal snails, not all snails are complete but still show the overall shape of the snail it once was. Each snail is still partially covered in the sandstone it was mined from, so who knows what may lie hidden beneath this layer. Two of these snails have plenty of color showing through in reds and some green also, although two don't show much in color once cleaned up they may just surprise you. These specimens would make a great addition to any collection of fossils.
