Crystal Opal set in 18ct Yellow Gold
This is a very attractive opal pendant, with a very distinctive look about it. What was unable to be shown in the photographs is that this opal gemstone looks almost as though two pieces have been put together.
One half is a vibrant rainforest green whose pattern is almost in horizontal lines, while the other half is large patterning of a deep oceanic blue. The pendant has been crafted of 18ct yellow gold, with a beautiful bezel set casing.
The opal is free of faults but does contain minor inclusions that are only visibly when held up to the light.
