Using the Printable Order Form
At Opal-Trader.com we understand that for various reasons people sometimes prefer to fax an order rather than register and have it processed online. We have created a faxable order form that you can download using the link below. The order form can then be printed and when completed, faxed to us.
Payment options when ordering using our printable order form are:
Western Union Money Transfer
Direct money transfer through your bank (SWIFT)
Direct Deposit into our banking account
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept credit card payments for orders received via fax. All credit card orders must be completed online. Our great returns policy and all our other policies still apply to all orders received by fax.
