Opal-Trader.com Shipping Policy:

At this time we use airmail and ECI (Express Courier International) for shipping our products worldwide (except for very valuable purchases, when we will arrange alternate shipping methods with you). We can ship to almost any destination in the world. Orders cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box, so please be sure to include a valid shipping address at the checkout.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and preferred shipping method. These costs will be calculated automatically for you and appear separately along side the purchase price at the cart.

 

Delivery Time:

We will endeavor to process your order and have it dispatched within 48hours of receiving it.

 

Taxes and Duties:

Some countries may impose import duties or taxes. Any additional taxes, tariffs or shipping/handling expenses incurred upon receipt of your order are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure whether there are any import duties or taxes in your country, you should enquire at your local customs department.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:
