All rough opal supplied by opal-trader.com does not come with a money back guarantee. However, our descriptions, details and photographs about each and every rough opal parcel are honest and true. If you would like more information about a parcel that you have seen on our web site, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will supply you with all the information you require to assist you with your selection.

 

 

Custom Jewelry

 

At opal-trader.com we are happy to design and craft all types of jewelry using opals purchased from us. When you find that opal you've been looking for and would like to have it set as maybe a pendant, a ring, earrings, belly stud, or any other type of jewelry then we are the people to speak to.

 

We only work with a select group of qualified and accredited jewelers who take great pride in their work, to create elegant and sophisticated fashion accessories. Our small group of jewelers have all spent numerous years working with opal and opal jewelry, both in the field and on the bench and have developed a great eye for designing and making quality jewelry at affordable prices.

 

Custom jewelry is not returnable at opal-trader.com for a number of reasons. We do however, unconditionally guarantee our workmanship. If there is something not quite right with your product we will gladly repair it at our own expense. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the time you receive your order.

 

Customers must pay all insurance and freight charges when returning products.

 

Please quote your Order ID # in ALL circumstances.
