LayAway Plans is pleased to offer a simple and free LayAway plan to help stretch your budget even further. Our layaway plan is available for all merchandise but in order to qualify your order must be US$150.00 or more.

Here's how it all works:

  • Browse our online store until you find the product that you wish to LayAway.
  • Each product page contains a link saying 'Add to LayAway'.
  • Click the LayAway link next to the product you wish to purchase.
  • You will be directed to a contact page which will include the details of your LayAway.
  • Simply complete the details required and press send.
  • We will contact you shortly afterwards to discuss and tailor a LayAway plan and payment option that suits your individual needs.

1. Which payment options are available if I decide to use the LayAway plan?

All of our regular payment options are also available when using our LayAway service including Credit Card, Western Union, PayPal, Direct Deposit and Cash.

2. How much will I need to pay as a deposit?

We ask that a 20% deposit plus shipping costs is made to initiate all LayAway plans.

3. How long do I have to complete my payments on my LayAway plan?

We ask that all LayAway plans be paid in full within 90 days. We do however understand that things don't always go to plan so under certain circumstances we may extend this period.

2. Can I return merchandise I have purchased using the LayAway plan?

Of-course you can. All purchases at are returnable within 30 days of purchase (excluding custom designs). This great returns offer also applies to our LayAway plans.

3. Can I have more than one LayAway at a time?

Yes! We are happy to allow our customers the flexibility of having multiple LayAways at the same time. It is also possible to have more than one product on any LayAway plan.

4. What if I don't make all of my LayAway payments?

Your initial 20% deposit is regrettably non-refundable. This is because we incur costs as part of any LayAway plans that need to be cancelled. If you default or cancel your LayAway before your payments are complete, we will refund all monies received in excess of your initial deposit.

5. What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind and decide you would rather purchase a different product from we are happy to accommodate. Simply contact us with the details and we will alter your LayAway plan to suit your requirements at no cost.

5. Can I end my LayAway early?

By all means. If for any reason you would like to complete your purchase and receive your order earlier than planned then just send us an email and we will advise you on how to do this.
